Texas Rangers slugger Josh Hamilton, who's sidelined for the 2016 season because of a knee injury, is selling his mansion in Westlake, TX.

With an oddly specific list price of $3,432,690, the home is a two-story affair that was built in 2007. Hamilton purchased it in 2011.

The gated home sits on an acre of land at the end of a cul-de-sac. It measures 9,816 square feet and features a grand foyer, vaulted ceilings, a movie theater, four fireplaces, a wet bar, a large library/office, and several types of flooring, including terrazzo, wood, and ceramic. There's also a four-car garage and a pool.

Hamilton, 35, put another property up for sale last year -- one in Newport Coast, CA -- when he was in the middle of a divorce and while he was playing with the Los Angeles Angels. That property sold for $12.5 million in December.

The 2010 American League MVP has a troubled history, having battled substance abuse and assorted injuries throughout his baseball career. When he was healthy from 2008 to 2012, he was one of the most feared sluggers in baseball. He's signed with the Rangers through 2017, and it'll be interesting to see if he ever makes it back on the field.
