After basketball coach Travis Ford was let go by the Oklahoma State Cowboys earlier this year, it wasn't long before he found his next job, with the Saint Louis University Billikens. With the move 500 miles to the east, Ford is completely parting ways with the Sooner State. The veteran coach just listed his Stillwater, OK, home for sale.

On the market for $2.25 million, the 9,480-square-foot home is the most expensive single-family home on the market in the college town. The six-bedroom home took two years to build, according to the listing.

The home has oodles of amenities, including his-and-her office suites, two laundry rooms, and a media room. The kitchen has a grand feel plus a full suite of Thermador appliances. The master bathroom has a heated marble floor and a whirlpool tub.

There are also plenty of small details like the wine and beverage area, which features a custom window from the university's Gallagher-Iba Arena.

After nine seasons with the Cowboys and five NCAA Tournament appearances, Ford's career with the team ended in a reported $7.2 million buyout of his contract. However, the coach bounced back quickly and signed with the Billikens two weeks after he was ousted in Stillwater.
