Hello! Ballad belter Adele secretly bought a 6,600-square-foot home in Beverly Hills, CA, near pal Jennifer Lawrence, according to TMZ. The $9.5 million property is in the exclusive Hidden Valley community, which is also home to Ashton Kutcher and wife Mila Kunis.

Adele's new home, built in 1977 and renovated in 1991, features four bedrooms and six bathrooms on a half-acre. The backyard has a pool and treehouse. TMZ reported that Adele became a Beverly Hills homeowner a month ago and kept the purchase a secret -- until now.

Purchased under the name of "The Gatefield Trust," the deal closed in early April, according to records. The superstar songstress can have all her friends over -- the home was marketed as having "the perfect flow for entertaining." Plus, one of the home's two living rooms has "ample space for a grand piano," which sounds like sweet music to us.

The singer, whose 2015 single "Hello" was reportedly the first track to be downloaded more than 1 million times in just one week, is currently on a coast-to-coast tour promoting her latest album, "25," and has yet to move into her Hidden Valley digs.
