Peter Thiel, PayPal co-founder and early Facebook investor, is selling his view-licious mansion in San Francisco for $9.25 million.
Spread over three levels, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house, located in the coveted Marina District, boasts enviable views of the Palace of Fine Arts and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Remick Architects and Master Builders combined two addresses into the 7,000-square-foot living space that includes an elevator, penthouse lounge and roof deck with expansive views, gleaming white kitchen with private service entry, and massive crown moldings everywhere. A lower level hosts a large master suite and meditation garden.
Thiel, one of the few business executives to come out publicly as gay, is worth $2.7 billion, according to Forbes. The 48-year-old executive's foundation offers a fellowship to young entrepreneurs -- $100,000 over two years -- to drop out of college and "build new things instead of sitting in a classroom."
Justin Fichelson of Climb Real Estate has the luxury listing -- you may remember the agent from the single season of "Million Dollar Listing: San Francisco."
