The estate of Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera has put her home in Encino, CA, on the market for $4.18 million.
The California-born megastar, who died in a plane crash in 2012, left behind more than a music legacy. Her real estate legacy endures as well.
The gated 10,000-square-foot property, in a picturesque English-Normandy style, hits a high note. The property is perched on 4 acres in Encino Hills, allowing for "amazing" views, according to the listing.
The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion also features a light-filled great room with an 18-foot ceiling, formal living and dining rooms, a home bar, a home office, and dual master suites. The huge chef's kitchen includes a butler's panty and a center island.
Outside, the grounds are described as a "unique treat," with a pool, a waterfall, and even a private hiking trail.
According to TMZ, the Spanish-language performer purchased her "dream home" in 2009. It was on the market last year for $4.5 million, but its price has since dropped.
