University of Louisville head coach Rick Pitino has put not one, but two Florida homes on the market. The two-time NCAA champ and "master motivator" seems motivated to unload some seriously pricey properties.

The homes hitting the market happen to coincide with the school imposing a postseason ban on the basketball program and the coach trying to hold on to his job amid a recruiting scandal.

Away from the court, there's a 6,000-square-foot gated home in Bal Harbour now on the market for $4,150,000. Built in 2006, the two-story home features six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a master suite, high ceilings, and a "lavish" pool area. Tara Schuchts of Douglas Elliman is the listing agent.

However, that one seems like a downright fixer-upper compared with the coach's other home on the market. Located on Billionaire Bunker in Miami's posh private Indian Creek Island, this newly expanded and renovated 12,000-square-foot waterfront palace going for $25,900,000 was one of the week's most expensive new listings in the country.

The enormous estate will be move-in ready in May, and the buyer can select bath and kitchen finishes. Currently, the home features eight bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, an elevator, an office, a gym, a "huge dock," a resort-style pool, and multiple entertaining areas. Rafael Arias of One Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.
