It looks like he picked the right time: Just days after the 31-year-old put his three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence on the market for $599,000, the townhouse is already in pending sale status. Apparently, the All-American has a golden touch, even in real estate.
We can see the appeal of the place. The charming, two-story townhome looks to be totally turnkey.
