Currently in the headlines as a possible trade target, Jeff Teague -- point guard for the Atlanta Hawks -- is also trying to unload his Atlanta penthouse. And he's close to a successful slam dunk, because the penthouse is listed as pending sale.

Atop the tony Buckhood nabe, the penthouse spans 4,325 square feet on the top floor of the Terminus Building and features three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Listed for $2.18 million, and on the market for three months, the pad includes one of the city's best terraces for taking in the sunset and skyline. Indoors, there's a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace and a chef-grade kitchen featuring Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, plus custom cabinetry.

Attached to the master bedroom are a cozy sitting room and two baths, as well as a walk-in closet suited to a tall basketball player (or a fashionista?). Each of the two other bedrooms is connected to a marble bath, for a glam morning routine.

This isn't the first major sports star to buy -- and sell -- in the building. Two years ago, former Atlanta Braves second baseman Dan Uggla listed his penthouse for $2.75 million and sold it for $2.25 million.
