Kirby Smart is officially a Bulldog, and he's trading in his real estate as proof. The newly anointed University of Georgia football coach is selling his Tuscaloosa, AL, home for $775,000.

The 40-year-old former player left his gig as defensive coordinator at the University of Alabama after he was tapped late last year to become head coach at the University of Georgia, where he played a couple of decades ago.

Although he's sticking in the SEC, the coach is leaving behind a five-bedroom home in a "most cherished neighborhood," according to the listing. Built in 1970, the beautiful brick residence has been "completely remodeled" and is "move-in ready."

The property comes with hardwood and stone flooring, a chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, a media room, and a huge deck with a view.

The home's open floor plan includes floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and tons of natural light.

The new job seems to be a natural fit for the Georgia-born ball coach: "It's an honor and privilege to return home to the University of Georgia and my home state," Smart said.

Now Kirby just needs a new home that suits him, wife Mary Beth, and their three children. Athens, here they come.
