Retired NFL punter and World of Warcraft enthusiast Chris Kluwe just chipped $50,000 off the asking price of his house in Huntington Beach, CA. Located in a private cul-de-sac, the home has been on the market since September 2015 and is now listed for $1,949,000.

The 3,700-square-foot Colonial Revival has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It features plantation shutters, multiple fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, a chef's kitchen with granite countertops, and a man cave that was custom-built for the former Minnesota Vikings punter by the DIY Network show "Man Caves."

Sadly, there are no pictures of said cave, but the show describes it as a "gamer headquarters" with " stadium seating, a dual gaming center and a 106-inch projector screen."

While Kluwe loves gaming, he's best known for both playing with the Vikings for eight years (setting a number of franchise records in the process) and his messy split from the team.

When the team released Kluwe in 2013, the 34-year-old claimed the Vikings did so because the organization was rife with homophobia and didn't agree with his opinions on marriage equality. The Vikings subsequently settled a lawsuit filed by Kluwe by agreeing to donate a substantial amount of money to LGBT organizations.
