Could living in a mansion linked to the televised pursuit of financial prosperity have a second-hand effect?

Anyone who can afford to plunk down $65,000 a month to reside in this tony manse in Beverly Hills -- via either a short-term or long-term lease -- has the opportunity to find out if wealth can rub off.

This spacious home with nine bedrooms and 10 bathrooms was featured on season six (aired in 2007) of the reality-television show "The Apprentice," in which Donald Trump -- up until earlier this year -- evaluated contestants' business skills.

It was the first time the reality show had ventured outside of New York, and this estate provided a stunning backdrop right from the first challenge.

Down the private drive and behind the doors of this 9,000-square-foot contemporary home -- which flaunts 360-degree views from atop Mulholland Drive -- 'are perks like a kidney-shaped outdoor pool (with a Jacuzzi spa), two media rooms, 10 plasma televisions, a six-car garage and a kitchen stocked with gourmet accoutrements, including a pizza oven.

Want to have friends over for cocktails? Four bars within the home -- and three reception rooms -- offer a tenant plenty of options for entertaining. Much of the home's interior walls are glass, affording breathtaking views of the city below. In two of the bedrooms are custom beam ceilings that evoke a Malibu-like feeling, a reminder that this is, indeed, Southern California.

However, you'd have to convert a bedroom into a boardroom if you desired to bring back the memories of reality TV past. Our advice? Check with the landlord!
