Acclaimed TV director Michelle MacLaren has relisted her Los Angeles home with a $400,000 price cut. Built in 1957, the property was initially listed in December 2014 for $3.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
A native of Canada, MacLaren got her start in the TV biz with the "X Files" and has gone on to helm episodes of critically acclaimed shows, including "Breaking Bad," "The Walking Dead," and "Game of Thrones."
The producer/director now hopes to direct interest toward her beautiful home, which is on the market for $3.1 million.
And while action and suspense are her specialties on the small screen, the director's three-bedroom home is a serene sanctuary.
The home's city, canyon, and ocean views alone are worth a second look, and its "exceptional and private" location backs up against conservation land.
The 2,500-square-foot property is gated and features a master suite with a deck and a remodeled bathroom. Other details include wood beam ceilings, walls of windows, tile floors, and a pool.
MacLaren may have some time to focus on the home sale: After being tapped to direct the upcoming Warner Bros. "Wonder Woman" feature, she bowed out of the blockbuster project in April.
