Retired NBA star Raja Bell is selling his Miami condo for a steal, cutting the price from $999,000 in October to $925,000 in November.

This reduced listing comes in the wake of a variety of other moves by Bell to scale back. In February, he listed his home in Paradise Valley, AZ, for $2.5 million (although that home is no longer on the market and still in Bell's name). Then in September, he announced he's leaving his position with the Cleveland Cavaliers as director of player administration to spend time with his family, according to

All of which suggests that Bell is really eager to unload his Miami digs: a 1,870-square-foot, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with views of Biscayne Bay.

The condo features granite countertops, wood floors, and a master suite with walk-in closet. The building has 24-hour concierge service, two pools, a movie theater, a billiard room, and a dog park, among other amenities. Close to South Beach, the unit also comes with two parking spaces and an additional valet spot. Mark Mattsson is the listing agent.

Bell ended his playing career with the Utah Jazz in 2013 after having played for several other NBA teams, including the Philadelphia 76ers, Dallas Mavericks, and Golden State Warriors.

Bell, who has two kids, took a front-office job with the Cavaliers as director of player administration for the 2014 -- 2015 season before throwing in the towel to carve out more time for his family. "I had so much fun with those boys and the Cavaliers' organization, but it was just time to be with my family," Bell told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "It was the right thing to do right now, but I definitely enjoyed my time there."

While we're sad that Bell is leaving basketball behind, could you imagine a better reason than to commune more with close kin? Here's to hoping a home sale will happen soon to help on that front.
