Nationally syndicated radio host Tom Joyner has turned out to be a wiz in real estate as well. The BET Humanitarian Award winner sold his Miami mansion for an eye-popping $21 million, pocketing a tidy profit, South Florida Business Journal first reported.

The 65-year-old bought the seaside home in 2004 for half that amount, according to listing agent Rossana Franco.

"Everything about the house is perfectly beautiful," says Franco. She would know: She bought the beachfront lot, sight unseen, built the house, lived in it for three years, and then sold it to Joyner.

The 9,764-square-foot estate on Golden Beach boasts dune access along 100 feet of pristine beach, six bedrooms, a formal dining room, high ceilings, a master suite, guest quarters, and an elevator.

The publication also reports that the "Fly Jock" downsized to a $10.5 million seaside house down the road. Franco confirms both transactions went down in the same week.

This more modest, 6,885-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired home offers just 50 feet of private beach, along with marble and wood floors, Murano light fixtures, two fireplaces, terraces with ocean views, and an elevator as well.

It seems like he'll be right at home.
