The top-to-bottom renovation of this contemporary home in Presidio Heights was finished just two weeks ago. Most of the houses in the neighborhood are about 100 years old, according to Nyle Mameesh, the developer of the property. “I wanted to build something that was a little bit different and a little more today,” he said.
A glass-and-wood staircase connects the home’s four levels. The atrium, complete with a custom chandelier, floods each floor with natural light. The home has five bedrooms, including a full-floor master suite, in addition to a library, a lounge, several patios and a rooftop terrace.
“There are tree views from almost every window,” said listing agent Gloria Smith of Sotheby’s International Realty. “It’s very peaceful.” The property is located a block away from the Presidio.
The home is owned by the real estate hedge fund MIGSIF LLC. Mameesh is a principal in the fund. The home was purchased about two years ago.
