Retired baseball player Mark Teahen is selling his sprawling retirement party pad in Scottsdale, AZ, for $2.3 million. The utility man spent seven years in the majors, the bulk of them with the Kansas City Royals.

The 5,081-square-foot home is full of ways to spend the (not-so) lazy days of retirement. Out back, you'll find an in-ground trampoline, sport court with a professional hoop, putting green, and pool-spa combo. All the activity possibilities make sense: Teahen is only 34 and many decades away from the glacial pace of the golden years.

The four-bedroom home lives up to its billing as an "entertainer's paradise." Aside from the sporting stuff out back, there's a fire pit for cookouts, a misting system for cooling off, and a wet bar that opens to the patio.

The house also features scraped hardwood and travertine floors, wood ceilings, and a chef's kitchen with plenty of storage space for wine.

Speaking of vino, Teahen is now the proud owner of the Sorso Wine Room in Scottsdale. We'll toast to a successful sale of this desert beauty.
