More than a year after being traded to the Baltimore Ravens, NFL center Jeremy Zuttah is finally getting around to selling his Spanish-style house in Tampa, FL.
After four seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the team dealt Zuttah -- a versatile lineman named to the Big East All-Academic and All-Conference teams in his college days at Rutgers -- to the Baltimore Ravens in early 2014.
On the market for just $680,000, his Florida home is a real bargain: Measuring 3,092 square feet, the home features an open floor plan in which the kitchen, with skylights and black granite countertops, flows into the sizable gray-walled dining room. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and dark cabinetry with Craftsman-style hardware.
The back patio features a large pool and spa, but since you're just steps away from the bay, why not enjoy a saltwater excursion? A wood pathway across the street connects the neighborhood to a private fishing pier, where you can kick back with a rod -- or just watch the dolphins.
