Play ball! Former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Brandon Webb is back in the real estate game with a price cut on his Scottsdale, AZ, home.

When we last reported on the MLB All-Star's home two years ago, he had put his Tuscan-style residence on the market for $1.6 million. The price for the gated home located in the Paso Fino community has now been slashed to $1.3 million. Listing agent Andrew Bloom calls the lowered price "aggressive."

And here's a fun fact for baseball fans: The retired Cy Young winner's imprint is visible everywhere in the home. It was "built as his personal family home, so all the bases are covered," Bloom says.

It sounds like a home run to us. The 6,444-square-foot home has five bedrooms and a chef's kitchen with views of the "resort" backyard. The lower level features a guest room, media room, wet bar, and wine cellar.

Outdoors is a literal playground. There's a pool with tunnel waterslide, a sunken trampoline, and a children's play structure. For adults, big-boy toys include an outdoor kitchen and barbecue pit.

It sounds like a winning lineup.
