The heat is on -- to sell this mansion. Miami Heat forward Luol Deng has relisted his former home in suburban Chicago at a discount.
The two-time NBA All-Star initially attempted to unload the 10,000-square-foot home for $3.5 million after signing with the Heat in 2014. Deng's home didn't score with home buyers last year, and now it's rebounded onto the market at a reduced price of $2.8 million.
With a $700,000 price cut, a buyer can now slam dunk a sweet deal on this home featuring seven bedrooms, five fireplaces, a four-car heated garage, and a library.
Of course, there are high ceilings and spacious rooms, perfect for a 6-foot-9 frame. But nonballers can also appreciate features such as a custom gym, home theater, and bar.
Deng's change of address has made him a motivated seller. After signing a two-year, $20 million deal with the Heat in July 2014, he plunked down $4.6 million for an exclusive compound in Miami.
