After calling it quits on a contentious second go-round on "The View" and a nasty breakup with her wife, television hostess Rosie O'Donnell is also splitting with a prime piece of New Jersey real estate.
O'Donnell's rustic mansion in the upscale community of Saddle River is now on the market for $6.98 million. The popular TV personality bought the six-bedroom home in October 2013 for $6.4 million, so she may eke out a slim profit if she can snag her asking price.
The luxe gated estate offers 5,200 square feet of living space and comes with a detached artist's studio. A deep-pocketed buyer will also be able to enjoy 5 acres of rolling lawns that offer a true country manor feel.
Her move away from Jersey follows right on the heels of another real estate deal in the wake of her breakup. In April, the wheeling and dealing O'Donnell sold her Florida mansion for $5.3 million.
