Obama Girl, Amber Lee Ettinger, is briefly abandoning her music video-making activities to shake her money maker elsewhere on the Internet -- introducing the winning ads of Super Bowl XLII on the Monday morning after the game.
The ads, which costs as much as $3 million for 30 seconds of air during the Super Bowl broadcast on Feb. 3, will be
reviewed by a panel of ad industry executives and more than 2,000 consumers and the best ads will be shown on Media Curves.
Top ad awards, distributed by web-marketing group HCD Research, will be given out for breakthrough, emotion, memorability and involvement. So far, none of the presidential candidates have stated they have purchased ad time. Campaign experts have warned financially-pressed candidates not to waste their money on an ad that will get lost in the Super Bowl haze two days before Super Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Ettinger, who was made famous last spring lip-synching a song proclaiming her crush on Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, isn't ready to give up her "political" career. She said on her Web site last week that three new Obama girl videos -- produced by BarelyPolitical.com -- are already in the works.
