About the bill

The Exchange Information Disclosure Act requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit weekly reports that describe the consumer interactions with HealthCare.gov, the federal ObamaCare exchange enrollment site. The reports are to include website visit counts, accounts created, qualified health plan selection, website problems, and Medicaid enrollment. It would also require HHS to disclose the number of people that have paid their first month's premium for their exchange plan, as well as the age of exchange enrollees. HHS would also be required to disclose the names of the ObamaCare navigators and certified application counselors.
