A.B. Stoddard told viewers Friday on "Special Report with Bret Baier" that despite what he has said, Sen. Bernie Sanders is well aware of the impact Hillary Clinton’s email situation has on the presidential race.

“Senator Sanders knows this will get wrap-around coverage all weekend long leading up to the caucuses,” said Stoddard, a columnist for The Hill newspaper and a Fox News contributor.

She explained that because of her email situation, Clinton falters in polls regarding trustworthy and honesty, which in turn, benefits Sanders because “that's helping fuel support among young people who don't trust her.”

Stoddard argued that experts are wrong when they say that Democratic voters do not care about Clinton’s email controversy.

“I disagree because in the polling it shows they really don't believe her.”
