As his poll numbers continue to climb, Donald Trump has a message for the Republican Party: Get used to me.

During a one-on-one interview with Fox News' Chris Wallace, the leading GOP candidate was asked whether he has a "warning" for leaders within his own party.

"I say, folks, you know, I'm sorry I did this to you, but you've got to get used to it. It's one of those little problems in life," Trump said, presumably referring to his unanticipated rise to the top of the Republican presidential field.

The self-funded billionaire also said Republicans are "kidding themselves" if they think he won't succeed in securing the party's nomination.
