"What the hell are you people doing to me?" That was Donald Trump's question for Iowa voters during a Monday rally in Sioux City, after polls show him trailing Ben Carson in the Hawkeye State.

"I don't want to skip Iowa, I think we are going to do great with the evangelicals," Trump told the crowd. He also hinted that he wouldn't shy away from attacking his leading rivals adding, "A lot of things are going to come out over the next period of time that are not going to be so good for opponents."

"I refuse to say get your asses in gear," Trump told the audience adding that he has no intention to give up in Iowa. "I'm sticking with you people, I'm going to spend money here."

Trump later joked, "If I lose Iowa, I wil never speak to you people again."
