After saying wants to solve problems for the GOP, Republican presidential candidate Graham ripped into the 2016 Democratic front-runners, saying Bernie Sanders "went to the Soviet Union on his honeymoon" and never came back.

Graham also hit former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for saying her family was "dead broke" upon the leaving the White House in 2001. Graham told the crowd at the Republican undercard debate if the GOP can't beat either candidate, "who the hell are we going to beat?"

The South Carolina senator made the remarks after being asked if he was in the wrong party's debate given his stances on immigration and climate change.

"At the end of the day, folks, I'm trying to solve a problem and win an election. I'm tired of losing. Good God, look who we're running against," Graham said. "The number one candidate on the other side thought she was flat broke after her and her husband were in the White House for eight years."
