Pelosi hails Clinton Benghazi testimony: 'We may well be electing the first woman president'

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi praised the Democrats on the House Benghazi Select Committee and said Hillary Clinton's testimony was "wonderful."

"And House member Elijah Cummings of Maryland, Adam Smith of Washington State, Adam Schiff of California, Linda Sanchez," Pelosi said while speaking at the Democratic National Committee's women's leadership conference Friday morning. "Now I don't know if you watched much of the hearing, but our Democratic members were absolutely superb and I'm very very proud of them."

"But how about Hillary Clinton wasn't she just magnificent?" she added. "As Bernie Sanders said and we all know, enough is enough!"

Clinton testified in front of the Republican led bipartisan committee on Thursday for 11 hours, in a performance that many politicians and pundits have hailed as a victory for the candidate. Clinton has faced criticism of her handling of the attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya since they occurred in 2012.
