Power Rankings: Fiorina fizzles, Rubio rises

The Fiorina boom is turning out to be a short-lived boomlet, as the former CEO has lost half of her post-debate poll gains. Florida Sen. Marco Rubio continues to surge in polls and position himself as the strongest of the professional politicians.

But it's still Donald Trump's world that everyone else is living in, and with Ben Carson in second, the outsiders still dominate the field. The conventional wisdom is that these guys will collapse. But we've been waiting for that collapse for a while now.
