Top Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says he will report for jury duty in New York City on Monday, raising some uncertainty about whether Trump’s meteoric White House bid will be slowed if he is forced to sit in court for an extended time.

The Trump campaign confirmed Friday that the candidate had been summoned for jury duty. And Trump confirmed later that day that he would report Monday.

The New York real estate tycoon and reality TV star is in first-caucus state Iowa this weekend for the Iowa State Fair. Trump will arrive Saturday to speak at the fair, along with Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

A trump spokesman told The New York Times only that the campaign “will go on.”

Trump, a first-time candidate, announced his candidacy in mid-June and is leading in essentially every poll, despite a series of controversial remarks about Mexican immigrants, fellow 2016 candidates, Fox News Channel anchor Megyn Kelly and others.

Trump was reportedly fine $250 earlier this year for failing to appear for jury duty several times. The Trump spokesman said the summonses were sent to an incorrect address and that the fine was waived.
