President Obama has not engaged on a number of foreign policy crises, and even worse, he consistently apologizes for American behavior, an editorial board member of The Wall Street Journal said Wednesday on “Special Report with Bret Baier."

“This guy started with what people called an apology tour, telling other nations that America's been arrogant in the past, he's from the ‘Blame America First’ wing of the party,” Jason Riley said, “[The president] believes the United States, our job, is not to solve the problems of the world. We are the problem, in the eyes of people who think like Obama.”

Riley went on to say our enemies are emboldened by the president’s weakness.

“They’re not taking this president seriously, because they think he’s all hat, no cattle,” he said.
