Several early voters in North Carolina said they cast ballots for Mitt Romney but the electronic ballot machine logged their pick as President Obama.

The problem appears to be limited to one polling station in the state’s Guilford County.

“I was so upset that this could happen,” voter Sher Coromalis told MyFOX8.com.

The county’s Board of Elections director said the problem happens every election season and can be fixed by poll workers re-calibrating a machine.

“It’s not a conspiracy,” he said. “It’s just a machine that needs to be corrected.”

Two voters said that after several tries the machines logged the vote for Romney. Elections officials said Tuesday the machines have been fixed and no problems have since been reported.
