Republican Indiana Representative Marlin Stutzman voiced his concerns to Chris Stirewalt over Washington spending on Monday's "Power Play" and explained his plan for reforming the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program).

At the root of his problem with the program, he cited between the years of 2003-2007, unemployment went down 1.8% yet those on food stamps went up 20%.
