President Obama unveiled his budget Monday.
And House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) says Republicans intend to lay out their own version of a budget in late March or early April.
Cantor said the GOP blueprint would touch the nettlesome areas of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. All three programs are currently considered "off budget" and are not calculated as part of the debt figure that the U.S. now incurs.
"We will include entitlement provisions, unlike the president. Unlike (Senate Majority Leader) Harry Reid (D-NV)," said Cantor.
Cantor wasn't ready to discuss how the GOP might tackle entitlements when a reporter asked if they might consider reducing the eligibility ages for certain programs.
"Stay tuned. All of it is on the table," Cantor replied.
