Capitol Hill Happenings: Today in Congress

The House of Representatives plans to observe a moment of silence at 11:00 a.m. ET to honor the victims of Saturday's shooting rampage at a "Congress on Your Corner" event in Tempe, Arizona hosted by Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Six people were killed, and another 14 wounded, including Giffords, who remains in critical condition after being shot in the head at point blank range.

Flags at the Capitol complex will remain at half staff in memory of those who lost their lives in the attack.
