Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank (MA-4) is in for a rematch Tuesday night with a town hall protestor. This time, the two will debate as contenders for the Democratic nomination in next week's primary.

Frank first locked horns with Rachel Brown during a 2009 town hall. Asked by Brown why he supported Obama's "Nazi" health care policy, Frank responded that conversing with her would be "like trying to argue with a dining room table. I have no interest in doing it."

The heated exchange became a YouTube sensation.

"On what planet do you spend most of your time?" Frank said at the time. "It is a tribute to the First Amendment that this kind of vile, contemptible nonsense is so freely propagated."

Frank has said he doesn't think Brown is very rational. The two campaigns, however, mutually agreed to tape Tuesday's debate in a Newton, MA television studio, says Frank campaign communications director Harry Geral.

"He feels like it's part of the democratic process. If his opponent comes from a right wing, and not mainstream, point of view, he still feels like it's his role to debate openly," Geral told FOX.

In an August 26 release, the Brown campaign said that Frank refused its initial request to hold the debate in an open public forum."Rachel will be ready to debate him under any circumstances, but Frankly, [sic] this one might as well be taking place in a closet," the release reads.

Brown's platform is based on abolishing the Federal Reserve, extending credit, rebuilding infrastructure, and "implementing a science-driver mission to colonize the moon and Mars."
