Sen. Boxer Makes Fiorina jab: "I don't want people to just see my hair"

California GOP Senate candidate Carly Fiorina, in a rather catty, "caught on mic" moment earlier this year at a television station," criticized her Dem opponent, Barbara Boxer, for having bad hair.

At a news conference at the Capitol just now, as the vertically-challenged Boxer was dragging out her step stool (often jokingly called "the Boxer box") to raise her up at the podium, the feisty senator quipped, "And for reasons you probably already know, I don't want people to just see my hair."

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid appeared at the newser to tout his victory on a major state aid bill with some of his more endangered Democrats -- along with Boxer, Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., and Sen. Bob Bennet, D-Colo. joined.
