President Obama is back from his weekend in Maine and is kicking off the week with remarks on the economy.

The president will make remarks in the Rose Garden this morning urging Congress to extend unemployment insurance.

Later today the WNBA Champions, The Phoenix Mercury, will be at the White House and tonight the president and first lady will attend the White House music series event Salute to Broadway.
