Breaking: Obama returns to Gulf Coast Friday

The White House announced President Obama will return to the Louisiana Gulf Coast tomorrow.

This will be the president's third trip to the region since the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill on April 20.

Mr. Obama was down in Grand Isle, Louisiana last Friday.
