Vice President Biden and Dr. Jill Biden helped kick off the wounded warriors ride today. The ride starts at the White House and ends in Annapolis, MD three days from now.

The Wounded Warrior Project is a non-profit organization started by veterans to help their fellow vets coming home from recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also joining the wounded warriors for the ride are Assistant Secretary of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and herself a veteran, Tammy Duckworth and U.S. National Security Adviser, General Jim Jones.
