The White House has just announced that President Obama will travel to New York City on Thursday to deliver remarks at Cooper Union on Wall Street reform.

The White House says that the President will call for "swift Senate action" on reform and that he will remind Americans "what is at stake if we do not move forward with changing the rules of the road as part of a strong Wall Street reform package."

The President visited New York in September and delivered remarks on financial reform at Federal Hall in downtown New York.
