President Obama Discusses Mine Disaster With West Virginia Governor

President Obama spoke with West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin Monday evening regarding the tragic accident at Upper Big Branch Mine, where an explosion has killed dozens of workers.

The President told Manchin that the federal government stands ready to assist wherever needed.
