With the passage of the reconciliation bill in the House Thursday night, Congress is done with health care legislation for now and is set to leave town for their spring recess. Before they leave though, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats will participate in an enrollment ceremony for the bill at 10:00a.
