President Obama hits the road, days after a victorious win in the health care reform debate. He returns to Iowa City, where he unveiled his plan for insurance coverage in 2007. The following year, Obama won the Iowa caucus and jump started his path to the presidency. The White House says his speech on Thursday will focus on
"how health insurance reform will lower costs for small businesses and American families and give them more control over their health care."
The President will deliver remarks at the Iowa Field House at 2 pm ET.
