Everyone in Washington has spring fever, with the sun shining, the birds chirping and the flowers blooming.

The White House apparently has spring fever too, with Robert Gibbs hosting an outdoors briefing today.

While Gibbs joked he needed sunblock before coming outside, others, like Fox's own Major Garrett, also took a laid back approach to the briefing, donning sunglasses and taking some good natured ribbing from the press corps and Press Secretary.

After Major asked his customary "13 questions" Gibbs teased him about kicking back and taking it easy, even pretending to order a margarita for Garrett!

Major, continuing in good fun made to sure to ask for a double!
