Senior White House Correspondent Major Garrett was able to steal a moment with one of the busiest men around: Former President Bill Clinton.

In a one-on-one interview in New York Monday, Mr. Clinton told Major that "American juries are really tough on terrorists," so he isn't concerned about the Obama administration's plans to try former Guantanamo Bay prisoners on American soil.
