President Obama will deliver remarks on the one-year anniversary of the Recovery Act Bill.  Mr. Obama has invited people from across the country that have benefited from the plan to join in for his remarks.  Administration officials say that of the original $787 billion authorized by the stimulus legislation, $453 billion or 57% has been spent or obligated.    Officials also saythe plan has saved or created as many as two million jobs.  [foxlivestream]
