President Obama is expected to address the nation on his Afghanistan policy next Tuesday

A White House official tells Fox that President Obama is expected to address the nation next Tuesday, likely in primetime, on his vision of the way forward in Afghanistan.

President Obama held his ninth meeting on Afghanistan with his national security team last night in the Situation Room. The session lasted approximately two hours and ended just after 10pm.
