Former Majority Leader Tom DeLay to Join 'Dancing With the Stars'

NEW YORK -- Former House Republican Leader Tom DeLay needs to put his dancing shoes on.

The former Texas congressman is joining 15 celebrities from the worlds of entertainment and sports on the new season of "Dancing With the Stars" on ABC starting next month.

The cast will also feature singers Mya, Macy Gray, Aaron Carter and Donny Osmond, and actors Ashley Hamilton, Melissa Joan Hart and Debi Mazar. There will also be models Joanna Krupa and Kathy Ireland.

Contestants also include reality stars Mark Dacascos and Kelly Osbourne; mixed martial artist Chuck Liddell; professional snowboarder Louie Vito; Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin and former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin.
