June 18: Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, left, grabs a cell phone from Todd Hazelwood, a City of Springfield public works employee, during sandbagging operations at the Oakley-Lindsay Center in Quincy, Ill. Hazelwood was on the phone with his wife when the governor decided to chat with her as well and discussed Hazelwood's son's baseball game he was scheduled to play later that evening.
