Investigators continued Monday to search for evidence and try to identify remains in each of the approximately 100,000 graves at the cemetery where four former workers allegedly dug up bodies to resell burial plots. The historic cemetery was closed Friday by Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart and declared a crime scene.
  • July 13: Marie Douglas-David arrives at Hartford Family Court for her divorce trial from United Technologies Corp. Chairman George David in Hartford, Conn. Lawyers for Douglas-David are asking a judge to void the couple's $43 million postnuptial agreement. They have argued that the agreement won't allow Douglas-David to pay her weekly living expenses of $53,000.
